This month’s issue looks at the launch of Verily Connect. The Virtual Dementia Friendly Rural Communities (Verily Connect) Project was launched on 17 October 2018 with the aim of improving support for carers of people living with memory loss and dementia. The Verily Connect Project includes video conferencing, a specially designed website and smartphone app, and help provided by local volunteers in using technology.
